General terms of sale

Occupation maximum/room –> 3 people, included children

Check in / Check Out –> The arrivals are made from 14 hours. The departures are made till 11 hours.

Cancellations –> In case of non-presentation or cancellation less than 72 hours before the planned arrival, we shall charge you the value of an overnight stay. In case of no show, without news from your part, we shall put back rooms reserved for the sale in the morning according to date planned by arrival.

Guarantee of reservation –> A payment of deposit or a number of credit card valid in the date of your stay are necessary to guarantee your reservation. We reserve the right to make a request of pre-authorization to verify the validity of the credit cards. The payment early will be asked to every customer who can’t supply with valid guarantee by card.

Nuisances –> Any behavior or noise pollution likely to strike a blow at the good progress of the stay of our customers is forbidden.

Tobacco –> The hotel is a non-smoking zone. However, it is authorized to smoke on the outside terrace planned for that purpose.

Animals –> Pets are welcome in the hotel. The animals are not accepted the behavior of which harms in the tranquillity of our customers. Animals must be never left alone in the room. The customer is responsible for any damages caused by his animals. If the state of the room from the customer doesn’t allow us to relet her (smells, hairs …) its restoration will be charged.
